Hard Reset Procedure:
1.) Press/Hold volume up & power button
2.) Release volume up when you see message on screen & continue holding power button in 10 seconds.
3.) When you see or read (boot into system recovery mode) appear on the screen release power button.
4.) After release power button, there will be android logo appear on the screen, hard reset on going wait until finish to process until it reboot....that's all DONE!!!
