Format userdata
1. Extract the rar file a11 reset pac file
2. Open Research Download tool
3. Click setting symbol to upload reset pac file you extracted
4. POWER OFF phone first, HOLD VOLUME UP and connect the phone to pc
5. Click TRIANGLE symbol to make phone reformat, wait till passed
