Una try ko hard reset no luck at download ako firmware dito > https://firmwarefile.com/samsung-sm-g318mz
then extract ko ang file then open odin tool then select PDA or AP to load the file and get the phone to download mode by pressing volume down + home button + power Button in 3 second then press volume up to continue download mode and install sam usb driver if needed at esalpak ang unit with usb data cable then click start and wait until done.
After that the phone is still hang logo then remove the battery and ibalik ulit then perform Hard Reset by pressing Power button + volume Up + Home button then the android sign is popup with no command at press volume up + power button to go to the option then select wipe data and factory reset and and reboot system now then enjoy...
