open umt gsm v5.2
click samsung
click ultimate flasher
click tools/frp
select frp reset (new method)
power on phone and connect to pc in normal mode
click refresh - to check if phone is connected
press reset frp
- wait till done -
follow the instructions to factory reset the phone
