Released REPAIR feature for bricked Huawei smartphones based on HiSilicon,
that still can be detected as VID12D1 PID3609 (HUAWEI USB COM 1.0) in the System.
Procedure:
1. Repair bricked device using board software file taken from Boot-Loader.com
2. Flash the device in Fastboot mode using update.app firmware
3. Repair Vendor/Country, IMEI and other numbers
4. Repeat flashing in Upgrade mode using update.app firmware to finalize repair operation
