Problems

- No vibration in iPhone.
- Slow vibration.
- Random vibration (Sometimes it vibrates and sometimes it doesn’t).
- Vibrator itself might have become faulty due to any of the reasons.
- Vibrator problem also arises due to water or any kind of physical damage.
- Connection between on-board connector and vibrator’s contacts could be broken.
- There could be dust or rust over vibrator’s contacts.
- Any of the components or vibrator controller IC can also be faulty.
- Go into phone settings and check vibrator status. Toggle between ON – OFF and check.
- Restart your phone and check.
- For low vibration, the only thing that you can do is to replace your vibrator, as this is the problem in your vibrator not in your phone’s circuit or components.

- The very first thing that you need to do is to check vibrator with the help of a multi-meter, if it is damaged then replace it.

- Clean vibrator’s contacts and check.
- Now check on-board connector of vibrator. Last two pins of on-board connector are +VE and –VE pins. (check picture for reference)
- Make sure that the connection between on-board connector and vibrator’s contact is intact, if no then change entire vibrator strip (Volume button included).
- Now check Vibrator controller IC’s capacitors, if faulty replace them.
- Gently heat vibrator controller IC. If it is still not working then replace it.
