una ko ginawa reset pattern unlock sa octoplus suite no luck reset ko din sa SETOOL3 no luck din, free update naman ako ky SONy UPDATE NEW version NO LUCK sabi ni sony updater files not foud kaya napaisip ko e program ulit at nag download ako ng firmware x10i sa octopus support kaya program ko siya at naging successful naman ang ginawa ko at di ako nabigo...

PROCEDURE:

OPEN OCTOPLUS SUITE version 1.2.8
download firmware on octopus support

Write firmware

1. Install necessary drivers (drivers are located in "Drivers" folder);
2. Select firmware file;
3. Press "Write firmware" button;
4. Reconnect battery;
5. Press "Back" button and connect phone with Micro USB cable directly to motherboard USB 6. port (don't use USB hubs!).
7. Follow software instructions (promts);
