Nakalimutan ang password at may Google Account din.
Steps;
1. Open Unlocktool
2. Go to TECNO TAB
3. Select tecno spark 10c
4. Click factory reset
5. Hold Volume Down tapos salpak si USB at hintayin mag-detect kay UT bago bitawan. Hintayin lang hanggang matapos.
