Ipagpapauna ko na po makunat at mahirap ang hard reset,pero sa teknisyan na matiyaga walang kawala.

press and hold volume up + power.pagpower release mo power button hold mo lang volume up hanggang lumabas si android icon.para lumabas menu nya press volume up.
