Procedure:
1.Begin by pressing the Power key for a short while to turn off the phone.
2.In the second step hold down Volume Up and Power buttons together for a couple of seconds.
3.When the STARMOBILE icon appears release all buttons.
4.In this mode choose "wipe data/factory reset". Use Volume keys to navigate and the Power key to accept it.
5.Then use Volume buttons to select "yes" and press the Power button once.
6.At last select "reboot system now" with the Power key.
7.Well done!
