SOLUTION : gamit tayo ng mrt dongle.
niread ko muna sa isang tool ang info ng unit at eto info
version STK-L21M 10.0.0.393(C185E6R5P1)
para kung sakali maghang may pagbabasehan ako na version
eto na po ang notepad guide asensya ulet kung eglish carabao baka sakali mainitindian din ng mga ka forum nating banyaga

before we start we must download and install huawei usb com 1.0 driver

much better to install also fastboot and adb driver

run mrt
click for huawei tools tab
select huawei fash tools
tick unlock account tab
mark erase account
at mobile option,look for kirin_710
disassembly,remove battery of phone and do testpoint
this tp image not mine ctto..once detected,plug battery.

we must see at the device manage huawei usb com 1.0
together with the port number so we must select the port number

next is tick the start button and wait for writing boots

til we see stuck in 99 percent just tick stop and tick close
dont remove usb cable from unit

next run the huawei unlock tool
mark remove frp lock then tick start wait til finished and reboot itself..and so on,do the setup til we reach home screen.

or from huawei flash tool at 99 percent click stop but dont close the tool mark erase frp then click start..thats it
