Problem po nang unit na ito ay nakalimutan nang may ari ang kanyan blackberry id, kaya gustong i pa reset nang customer para daw matanggal ang BB id at nang makagawa daw siya nang kanyan sariling BB id.So ito ginawa ko, punta ako sa settings, security and privacy, secuirty wipe, ang problema merong BB id kaya di ma factory reset ang unit...
Try ko naman siya factory reset sa BB Link, nag reset siya

almost 2 hours hinintay ko, pero sad to say after siyang mag factory reset, di xa ma pasok sa menu kasi nag hihingi nang Black berry Id..
hanggan dyan lang siya,ayaw nang pumasok sa menu buti pa nong di na reset nagagamit pa nang may ari..
lastly hanap hanap ulit ako solusyon paano matanggal buti nalang may nakita ako sa google, no choice na e kasi update siya sa BB link meron parin BB ID.

medyo matagal mag download kasi almost 2 gb ang firmware at kelangan mo e flash e dalawang firmware na mag kasing laki...

after po ma flash sa first firmaware autoloader meron parin po siya BB ID swerte po kung sa first flashing is mawala po,in case na meron parin flash natin siya sa second autoloader ( Anti-Thieft Autoloader STL100-1)

Note: para di mag blinking red ang phone first flash your BB Phone Stl100-1 with this autoloader (AutoLoader_Z10STL100-1_10.3.2.2876),pero kapag nasa ganitong os napo yong bb nyo no need na po e reflash diritso napo kayo sa anti-thieft na autoloader
