procedure:
cable: usb cable
1 power on phone without simcard
2 enter *#782872# (qualcomm mode)
3 confirm on phone
4 enter *#7465625# (simlock menu) and leave phone there
5 connect to computer (and install drivers if necessary)
6 select 'Read Codes' and click on 'Unlock SP'
