Procedure:
Use UART Cable
Select t889
Dial *#7284# and select "UART --> Modem", "USB --> Modem"
Open Qualcomm USB Settings and select: "DM+ MODEM + ADB"
Hit OK and Click SAVE and RESET
Dial *#9090# and select "[4] DM over UART"
Restart the phone with the power button, DO NOT RESTART IT TAKING THE BATTERY OUT
Connect the phone to UART and just click Read Codes
