for password - by hard reset - power off phone, hold power switch and volume down, when tecno logo display release power switch but still hold volume down until the hard reset option appears

select brand - tecno

click select
in cpu - select Tiger_T616_64
select format
click erase frp -
phone in off mode, hold volume down, connect usb cable to pc
wait till operation completed
