Download first nokia care suite And Data Package Manger HERE & HERE

Install them both

Procedure:

1. Launch Nokia Care Suite and run data package manager

PS: If already downloaded the firmware, skip step 1 and 2 and copy the firmware to

c:\ProgramData\Nokia\Packages\Products\rm-980\

To view the "programdata" folder u need to unhide the folder

To unhide go organize>Folder option> View

then tick show hidden files,folders and drives

and untick protected system files (recommended)

then apply ok. Then u can see Programdata folder in C:

2. Just follow the steps in picture for firmware download and wait till finish download

3. After download complete run Nokia Care Suite and then product support tool for store 5.0 , then follow the steps in picture
