Put the chip and sim card on a different UNLOCKED iphone
Go to ‘Settings -> Phone-> SIM Application’ -> 'Edit ICCID' Enter the latest 20 digit ICCID code from "New ICCID Code" link.
Send/ Accept it
Just Press "*3g/4g Supreme Sharp Mode" - All Done
Remove the chip and replace back to the LOCKED phone with sim card (the phone which shows No service)
Activate with wifi
Phone will be unlocked
This method is not applicable to blacklisted iPhones
