what is usbasp?
USBasp - USB programmer for Atmel AVR controllers
USBasp is a USB in-circuit programmer for Atmel AVR controllers. It simply consists of an ATMega88 or an ATMega8 and a couple of passive components. The programmer uses a firmware-only USB driver, no special USB controller is needed.
Features
Works under multiple platforms. Linux, Mac OS X and Windows are tested.
No special controllers or smd components are needed.
Programming speed is up to 5kBytes/sec.
SCK option to support targets with low clock speed (< 1,5MHz).
Planned: serial interface to target (e.g. for debugging).

1. we use that reference. meron ng syang hex at diagram schematic
( althou wala sa description atmega48, doon sa site meron syang version that has hex for atmega48 )
2. ito mahirap hirap. we need to study usb smart pcb. then see if it can be used as usbasp board. ok lang if we modify it and do some jumpers. ito talaga ang gagamitin natin.
- inalis ko muna yun atmega48 para matrace ko syang ng maigi at tama. then nilagyan ko na ng 2x3 male pin headers. malamang alisin ko na din yun ibang pyesa
- kung sino meron schematic or diagram ng usb smart. paki post lang po.. it will save us time and effort. salamat
note: maraming device to do icsp and spi programming. isa lang ang usbasp. pwede din arduino uno or other icsp isp boards.
gamit ko pickit2 via some sw ( codevision and PK2AVRISP ) to make it program avr mcu. since it was made to program microchip mcu.
