1. TURN OFF THE PHONE
2. OPEN UMT QcFire v1.7
3. UNDER READ AND TOOLS CLICK FORMAT FS
4. PRESS AND HOLD VOLUME DOWN and VOLUME UP
5. CONNECT TO PC
