Turn off the phone.
run the Rbsoft mobile tool
select the FRP unlock file.
"prog_emmc_firehose_8917_ddr_y71.mbn"

then hold together the volume key up/down
connect to your pc.
then click the "Reset FRP or Format user data..
done
