Problem : N☬t charging / N☬ display
Way To do it :
Basic..☬ 1st read schematic charger 0.5a blackscreen
☬ Tester terminal batt +/- -/+ normal no short
☬ 3rd make a jumper SMD fuse or change
☬ Read again schematic charger 1.0a normal
☬ Test device power on.. D☬NE
