W570 anycall blingking/restarting and unlock done.[Reference]

Procedure:
FLASHING:
1. Download firmware/Flahfile from support.
2. open samsung tool and choose samsung qualcomm
3. select correct model and clcik help for instruction and cable to be use.
4. Load firmware, hold number 4 and power on the phone to get into emergency mode.
5. choose correct port and click Write Firmware. and wait til all done.
UNLOCKING:
1. just click unlock after write firmware is successfully completed .
