Bad connection on cpu pins or cold solder...most likely due to overheating..reflowing the cpu is not an option..
To fix this issue you need to rework the cpu or reballing the cpu..

Hot air temp set to 400 when tyring to pull out the cpu,it depends on your hot air station..temp may vary

350 when reballing the cpu
300 when cleaning the underfill(logic board)
250 when cleaning the cpu underfill(cpu)
300 when reflowing the cpu after reballing
350 and 300 air when putting back the cpu in the logic board
My hot air station is gordak 958

Pde mo po gamitin ang printscreen tpos pinapaste ko sa Paint then iresize mo n lng po at gawin mo po .png para lumiit sya.. hindi ko lang po alam ang ibang way kung paanu pero pag ako ganun po ginagawa ko pag too large
