hindi ko kasi nakunan ang procedure kasi nag madali ang may ari...simply install Sony PC Companion kung anong sony xperia na may password look for the exact model then update lang...then after update mag back to oruginal settings in short ma bubura na ang password...updater lang ng Sony yan...download ka didto: http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/

tama si sir sa update service lang ginawa lang.at depende sa internet yan,kung mabagal ang net mo medyo magal ang hentay mo bago matapos ang pag program.

1. Download Sony PC Companion. http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/
2. Install it.
3. Turn off your phone.
4. Connect the usb cable to your computer but do not connect the phone yet.
5. Open PC Companion.
6. Click Support Zone.
7. Click Update Phone/Tablet.
8. Select Repair Phone/Tablet.
9. Accept the terms.
10. Select your phone model from the list.
11. Press and hold your phone`s volume down.
12. Connect the USB cable while holding the volume buttons down.
13. Release Volume down once you see the Green light.
14. Wait for the process to finish
