procedure
1.download ftf files firmware lollipop
2.download flashtool
3.install flashtool after install open flashtool
folder local drive c: install driver...
4.open flashtool to select flash and then add file FTF
5.click flashing
6.hold vol down then connect usb to the phone wait until
successful connected...
7.seat back and relax wait flashing finish....
