PROCEDURE

Power OFF phone then Hold Volume Down then Power Button wait till its Power ON then release Power Button

but don't release Volume Down untill you see FTM in your screen

then connect it to your PC and install driver ( ZTE_Handset_USB_Driver )

then Run Volcano Box software

choose ZTE tab then select proper model ( Z990 )

then go to your device management and check your Z990's COM Port number

then select the Com port number of your phone in volcano box

then make check in unlock then hit RUN



DONE
