Good to know that, but you can use this as an alternative to synthetic vitamins. This is natural vitamins which could not harm you for a daily use. Pag puyat ka or stress just eat 1 or 2 din it will relieved.
 
ok lets eat saging na saba para maging healty tayo..... yung kapit bahay namin lagi daw sya kumakain ng saging sa gabi at umaga pero mataba parin. di ko lang alam kung saging na saba:D

Two hours before lunch isa din 3pm din isa. Nakakatulong po yan sa paglabas ng dumi in an easy way. Kung makapagbawas ka ng dumi sa umaga at isa sa gabi mas maigi po yon. Kasi ang healthy habit po ay tatlo sa isang araw magbawas ng dumi so kung bc po tayo twice a day is ok.

Yes po ok po yan kasi kailangan po natin yong mga vitamins at minerals na hindi po natin nakukuha sa bawat araw tuwing tayo po ay kumakain at ang maganda po sa saging ay madali po syang ma digest at ma-absorbed agad sa katawan ang mga nutrients nito.
